Blanca Fuentes Valencia, operating commercially as Academia La Blanca, with address at Calle 23 #101 x 14 y 16-A, Col. Chuburná de Hidalgo, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, C.P. 97208, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. For any matter related to this notice you may write to privacidad@academialablanca.com or contact us through the academy’s official WhatsApp (+52 999 638 2785).

Depending on the service you request, we may collect: the student’s full name and age; the parent or guardian’s name and contact details; the name, relationship and phone number of the people authorized to pick up a minor; an emergency contact; the class and schedule of interest; and payment and attendance information. When necessary to provide reasonable accommodations or respond to an emergency, we may request information about allergies, disability or medical or mental-health conditions relevant to the student’s safe participation. We do not indiscriminately request diagnoses or full clinical records.

Data concerning health, disability or mental-health conditions is considered sensitive. We only process it when relevant to the student’s safety or to make educational accommodations, and with the prior express consent of the parent or guardian. You may choose to share this information privately with Administration.

We use your data to: respond to your inquiries; manage trial classes, enrollment, payments, schedules, attendance and academic communication; verify who is authorized to pick up a minor and contact you in an emergency. Health, allergy or disability information is used solely to assess accommodations, prevent risks and attend to the student’s safety; it is neither published nor used for advertising.

Only if you authorize it separately may we send you promotions and news, and publish photographs, videos, names or testimonials for outreach purposes. Declining these purposes does not affect the provision of the service. For images or testimonials of minors we will request the specific authorization of the person holding parental authority or guardianship.

You may refuse consent for the secondary purposes, limit the use of your data or revoke a consent you have given by writing to privacidad@academialablanca.com. Revocation does not have retroactive effect.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights). To exercise them, write to privacidad@academialablanca.com stating your name, the means to receive a reply, the right you wish to exercise and a description of the data. We may request documentation to verify your identity or representation. We will respond within the periods established by law.

If you choose to send us the contact form via WhatsApp, your app will open a prefilled message that you confirm and send. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare and messaging is handled through WhatsApp (Meta); processing by these providers is also governed by their own notices and terms.

Our site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies. We use only what is necessary for it to function and aggregate, non-identifying metrics provided by Cloudflare. Should this change, we will update this notice.

We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes without meeting the applicable information and consent requirements. We may make disclosures required by law to competent authorities.

We apply appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures to protect your data, which we keep for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal obligations; afterward we block or delete it as appropriate.

Enrollment and authorizations regarding minors correspond to the parent or legal guardian. We process minors’ data with their consent and apply additional protection measures, especially with respect to sensitive data and the use of their image.

Any change to this Privacy Notice will be published at academialablanca.com/aviso-de-privacidad/ and, where appropriate, communicated through the registered contact channels.
