Enrollment & Payment Policies
Class duration
Regular classes last a total of 60 minutes. The first 5 minutes are for receiving and settling in the student, followed by 50 minutes of actual class time. The last 5 minutes are for questions, feedback or a brief consultation with the student’s parents or guardians — or, for adult students, directly with the student. This structure keeps arrivals and departures organized and gives time to talk with the teacher without cutting into class time.
The Children’s Choir lasts a total of 120 minutes. The first 10 minutes are for receiving and preparing the students, followed by 100 minutes of actual class time. The last 10 minutes are for the students’ departure and for questions, feedback or brief consultations with their parents or guardians.
Classes & monthly tuition
Monthly tuition varies by discipline and format, and is shared before payment.
Academia La Blanca’s monthly tuition includes 4 classes — four consecutive sessions at a frequency of one class per week, starting from each student’s start date. This lets students join at different points in the cycle without depending on the calendar month. The monthly tuition renews once the four corresponding classes are completed.
At the time of enrollment, each student is assigned a regular class day and time, which is reserved for the duration of their monthly tuition. Classes a student is unable to attend cannot be rescheduled.
Requests to change the day or time must be made directly to Administration, in advance, and are subject to authorization and availability. We recommend making any change request before starting or renewing the monthly tuition.
Enrollment
The semester enrollment fee is $250 MXN during 2026. As an opening promotion, enrollment is free during October 2026; the promotion does not include monthly tuition.
Holding your time slot
To keep your day and time, pay the next month’s tuition no later than the start of the first class of the next period. If payment isn’t made, the time slot becomes subject to availability.
Absence of the regular teacher
If the regular teacher is unable to give a class, a substitute teacher will be assigned to continue the planned program and content. When that isn’t possible, Administration will communicate the corresponding make-up or refund options.
Extraordinary circumstances
In cases of force majeure, Administration will assess each situation and communicate the possible measures, which may include online classes, rescheduling or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable regulations.
