Group classes

Learning music is also learning to listen and play with others.

Our Type B classes are designed to learn and enjoy music in small groups. Beyond developing the skills specific to each instrument, students learn to listen to their peers, hold their own part within an ensemble and discover the experience of building music together.

Small groups let us keep close guidance while developing one of the most important experiences in musical training: learning to make music with other people.

Specialized music training

For those who want to go a little further and discover how music works from the inside.

These classes are aimed at students aged 15 and older who already have prior musical knowledge and wish to go deeper into specific areas of their training.

Type C classes are specialized programs in small groups that allow students to go deeper into different areas of musical creation and thinking.

Composition, harmony, counterpoint, music analysis and songwriting offer different paths to understand how music is built and to develop new tools to create, analyze and understand repertoire.

Artistic groups

Making music together is also part of learning it.

Our artistic groups offer a space to bring what students have learned into a shared musical experience: listening to others, joining an ensemble, preparing repertoire and building an interpretation together.

In the choir, students develop ear, pitch, rhythm and musicality while learning to use their voice within a group. We seek to create a close space to learn new repertoire, develop musical skills and enjoy the experience of singing and performing alongside others.
